The blackberry orchard has 700 plants over a 2000 square-meter surface, with rigging and irrigation
system in place.

The large open field is a plane grassland, slightly larger than a football field. It currently hosts an airsoft
arena, which can be disassembled in 1 day if not needed. The area can be used as a pasture for horses.
There is a larger, sealed water well on the property, which is 176 meters deep and provides 22 litres of
